ProCyclingDaily ("we", "us", "the site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host video content directly on our servers. We embed or link to publicly available streams hosted by third-party platforms.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on ProCyclingDaily infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner

- Your electronic or physical signature

We will review all notices and remove or disable access to infringing content promptly where required.
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the email above. Counter-notices must meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat Infringers
ProCyclingDaily will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
